Cody was great to work with and does high quality work. His attention to detail is second to none. He repaired the foundation under our garage floor and replaced a large apron in front of our garage. I highly recommend Modern Mix.

I had a great experience from start to finish. They were easy to get ahold of, responded quickly, and provided an excellent quote with no surprises. Communication throughout my sidewalk project was outstanding. Owner was super friendly, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Best of all, my new sidewalk looks amazing. I'm very pleased with their work on the damaged end of my garage concrete, as well as adding the apron and front patio. Cody listened to every detail request. We communicated via text, and he was very courteous and patient with me. He even took the time to come back after the job was completed, clean up, and put new dirt and grass seed. Great service! I recommend his business to anyone.
