What can you say about Modern Mix LLC. Too much for words to express but they are the one and only far and few between that you can expect to do an amazing job. Not only do they exceed expectations, but they also knock it out of the park with amazing commitment to their craft. Cody the owner has told me his backstory and what they set to achieve and right when I heard that story, I knew that I had to pick them for the job on my driveway. Cody will listen and work with you the entire way to ensure you are satisfied with the project and work till the very end. Cody and his people are hardworking and embody the American spirit of what it means to work hard and show it with their workmanship that the price they give means you get every penny's worth and then some! So, if anyone who values a review opinion; take it from me, this is the team to work with because there is nobody else like them. What really stands out though is the owner Cody truly shows what it means to work with a human and not some corporate gouger who wants to take your money and run. Oh no sir! Modern Mix workers and Cody show you that they have Integrity, Honesty, and Respect and you can't find that anywhere else but with these fine workers!So, to Cody and the great workers; I appreciate you ALL for the wonderful work and hope many great prosperous futures ahead with your business!For those who are still reading reviews; I don't think you need to look further, you've found the right people for the concrete job that you need!

I'm very pleased with their work on the damaged end of my garage concrete, as well as adding the apron and front patio. Cody listened to every detail request. We communicated via text, and he was very courteous and patient with me. He even took the time to come back after the job was completed, clean up, and put new dirt and grass seed. Great service! I recommend his business to anyone.

I had a great experience from start to finish. They were easy to get ahold of, responded quickly, and provided an excellent quote with no surprises. Communication throughout my sidewalk project was outstanding. Owner was super friendly, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Best of all, my new sidewalk looks amazing.
