- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Window Cleaning - We charge per pane of glass, not per window casement. If you have a double hung or slider windows, that would be considered two panes of glass. Our prices always include tracks and screens. We recently added purified water fed pole system to our arsenal. Ask us about this amazing piece of equipment. Pressure Washing and Soft Washing - We offer high pressure washing for wood decks, driveways, garage floors and sidewalks. We use low pressure "soft washing" for all siding and roofs. This process does not damage your home and washes away algae, moss, dirt and mold. We love questions! Ask us to explain our process and prices. Gutter Cleaning - Maintaining your gutters is very important. Clogged gutters can damage your home if they are not properly cleaned and maintained. Our pricing starts out at $75. We include gutter cleaning, rinsing downspouts and clearing debris from sidewalks, driveways, decks and stairs. We love our customers and offer discounts when scheduling multiple services. Ask us about our package deals. We also offer $10 off for paid referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When booking a job, I want to make sure we are both clear on the work being performed and what results to expect. After the job is complete, I would like my customers to look at the work performed and make sure they are satisfied. I want to keep customers coming back year after year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15+ years experience in the window cleaning business. In that time, I have gained valuable knowlege of every type of window and have perfected my technique. This also applies to gutter cleaning, pressure washing and most recently, soft washing.
