- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We set base pricing to start, to offer you a ball park average. Each individual job is different and final pricing will be given during bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a walk through, Discuss their overall needs, create a contract with start and end date. But most of all start a happy service relationship. We don't want customers to ever feel like just another number.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
college courses, seminars, specialty classes. apprenticeship
