Joe Hubard was professional honest and very responsive. I got about 8 -10 estimates. He was significantly less expensive by about 20%. He had my new roof installed within about 1 week from when I signed the contract. After his quality inspection defined a few things around the vents on his own accord. He gave me a certificate for my homeowners insurance that help to reduce my rate. Great experience.

Joe and his team really know the roofing business, and do their work with excellence! I was impressed he provided the estimate at the time he examined the roof condition-- a clear estimate that didn't change. He answered all my questions, clearly explaining what the new roof would/could require. I am amazed at the good work of the roofers, plus doing a thorough job of cleanup at the end of the day! That One Construction Company is GREAT to work with!
