Joe was great from start to finish. I was going to wait till next spring to replace roofing. Had a leak from all the rain we had. So I called him to see if he could replace roof within 2 week. He got me in the following week. Actually less than a week my roof was done. Joe's employee's were very professional. That One Construction was top notch. Joe out bid the other bids I had done by $2,000 to $4,000 dollars. And that was with Arcitectual shingles. No price gouging with this Company. I would refer Joe to anyone in a heartbeat, no questios asked. Thank you Joe. Outstanding Job from start to finish. Best contractor I have ever done business with.

After talking to a number of contractors and getting a few quotes, I made a decision to go with That One Construction Company, and I am glad, I did. Joe was very straightforward about the costs of the project, right away, gave me a rough separate estimate for redecking the roof, replacing shingles, and installing new gutters. His price was fair. I appreciated his professionalism, personal supervision of the work, attention to details. He always answered all my questions and provided necessary information via text, or email without delay. The redecking and shingles installation was done in a day, and gutters were installed in a few days, in just half of the day. Everything went very well, both crews did a great cleaning job. It was really a wonderful experience working with Joe! Thank you very much!

Joe was great to work with getting a new roof and gutters installed. His quote was fair and he was very transparent about costs and add-ons. He was also very responsive and the crew did a great job cleaning up.
