Introduction: In-home as well as studio lessons are available -- one-on-one or small group. One-on-one includes consultations and conversations on how to develop and deepen your practice, whether beginning, working with injures, sensitivities, and pathologies, or wanting to develop a home practice or more personalized sessions to answer questions or bring more to the class setting. We can work with you and your personal needs! Have the opportunity to develop attentiveness and uniqueness to your experience! I have personal experience with the many things that can come up with the body and mind, both on the physical, mental and even emotional. I love connecting with people and helping to create a space, where they can grow into their goals and beyond! I'm a certified massage therapist from the San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork. I was trained and certified in Ashtanga yoga, Yoga Society of San Francisco, Shri Bramanandasarasvati ashram, (the same lineage to directly impact the lineage of David Life of Jivamukti Yoga), and Greenpath yoga lineage (one of the first yoga philosophies to teach and incorporate the environmental impact of yoga and yogis and the response of that impact in practice, on and off the mat -- "Eco" yoga). Elsa studies and practices hatha, vinyasa ("flow") and has a strong love for the study and practice of the Iyengar and Anusara methods -- blending the love of yoga in an intuitive and informed way. She was also inspired by many great teachers including the methodology of Ana Forrest (Forrest yoga) and Seane Corn. "I have a deep passion to make yoga available to all who are curious, people from all walks of life and all physicalities. I have a strong belief in the restorative nature of the practice and the amazing qualities and potential of yoga in connecting us to our breath and bodies in an authentic way."
