- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In repair and remodel work every job is a little different. We look at the job and give the customer any and all options and accurate pricing before we begin the work. That keeps the customer in control and informed on what is happening in their home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by a phone call or text message whatever they prefer then we find a time that works for them. Once at their home we look at the problem and explain what is going on and options to fix the issue are explained in detail before we begin. Pricing is then quoted as well so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 6 yrs in an apprentice program at Dunwoody college and have been keeping up with changes etc... via continued education.
