I am typically willing to negotiate on a price, and explain why I value a job at a certain price if asked.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask for pictures of what needs to be done if possible, and will provide a rough estimate of how much it will cost for me to complete the job. Once a price is agreed on, I will schedule a date for the job, and will do the job, to be paid upon completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Previous work with a company working in residential snow removal.
