FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer all of my services on a flat fee basis. All of my pricing is given to you clearly and upfront so you know exactly what you're getting for your money. I take all major forms of payment (cash, check, money order, credit card) and I also offer financing with low monthly payments to fit your budget. I will usually need to talk to you over the phone in order to give you an accurate price quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a phone consultation to get to know you and your case and whether I'm able to help. Often I'm able to answer all of your questions in that call. But I'm also happy to meet with you or do a Zoom call and continue to talk about your case. I do not charge a fee for unlimited initial consultations over phone, email, text, or in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2006 and I have practice in state court doing family law and criminal defense ever since. I started as a county prosecutor doing child support, child protection, and paternity cases along with criminal prosecution. I have owned and operated my own law firm since 2012. I have litigated thousands of cases in counties all over the State of Minnesota.
