- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We spend time getting to know one another. Typically via email, a phone call and then ultimately a face to face meeting. I ask my clients to fill out some survey's and questionnaires to make sure we are a good fit for one another and that I am fully able to exceed the goals they have. And then, we move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Culinary Arts, from Le Cordon Bleu and a Holistic Health Coach Certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I have worked in whole food/natural and organic food business for 20 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Through my own passion and curiosity around food and wellness.
