- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First visit $50/hr for deep clean. Subsequent 2 week or 4 week visits $40/hr for conventional upkeep cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will schedule a free in-home estimate where I will bring your cleaner to meet you and to asses cleaning duration, at which time we will schedule your first deep clean visit and agree in on your preferred day and time for your reoccurring services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My lead cleaner has 3 years experience working in the field with rave results.
