We custom quote each and every project to suit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start we like to request some pictures and speak with you and really get a good understanding of what the scope of your project is. If we are a good fit and are able to perform the work for you we would then set an appointment for a brief no pressure consultation. During the consultation we will measure, match colors, talk about leaf protection options (if you wish to) and write up a custom tailored proposal for you. Once you accept your proposal you will be contacted within 24 hours to schedule an installation date that works for you. That day will be your day rain or shine! From time to time a reschedule may be necessary due to severe weather, truck break down, etc you will be contacted promptly and a new date will be scheduled or in most cases we will just be on site a little later than we had planned.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Actually started out a a laborer for a local siding and gutter company in 2000. In 2003 one of the guys on their gutter crew quit out of the blue and I was asked if I would be willing to help out temporarily until they found a replacement. At first I absolutely hated it! It was completely different than anything I had ever done. Fast forward a few years and I've gotten over my fear of heights, learned a ton about gutters and leaf protection and I'm running my own crew. In 2007 I was approached by a local seamless gutter contractor with a very lucrative opportunity to be the right hand man for an established gutter contractor. I jumped at the opportunity! 10 years later I bought a gutter machine, trailer and hiring my son to install gutters with me!! Since then with the help of my better half April and my Son Tyler we have steadily grown Simply Gutters into one of the most reputable and affordable gutter companies in the Twin Cities.
