- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on total square foot of the surface we are cleaning and what product is being cleaned. Our pricing may be higher than competitors but because of the products we use, your building will stay cleaner longer than traditional forms of cleaning. We also follow the Good Stewards procedures so we use less water and are more environmentally safe.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will walk the property with the customer to point out what the expectations are and what we will do to satisfy those expectations. We will point out and take document any pre-existing damage prior to performing the services, however, there are instances where pre-existing issues are uncovered and not caused by our cleaning process. All nearby plants and landscaping will be protected. We do ask to hook up to the customer's water and power supply.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After proper testing and training I attained the Authorized Professional status with SoftWash Systems. As an in-network member of SoftWash Systems, I can have personal contact with hundreds of other companies world-wide to help with any situation that I may run into. I attend yearly continuing education courses to further my education and training. I am also criminally background checked through Ask the Seal for my customer's safety and assurance that they are hiring a professional.
