Caliber construction replaced our roof on November 2023, before the replacement we have been experiencing roof leaks over the garage for few years, after two three attempts from other contractors and thousands of dollars wasted we were fortune to find Caliber, Lindsey and Cory patiently helped us to navigate through the complexity of insurance claims and their crew done a beautiful job replacing the roof in just one day, now with a new roof we no longer have to worry about the leaks and the roof looks great!
I’m grateful that we found this company for our project and would recommend anyone to work with Caliber if you have any roofing or exterior projects need!

In a moment of desperation I met Cory from Caliber Construction, through this website. Looking for someone to help me fix my roof, after suffering damage because of a wind storm. From the beginning there was commitment. Their service was prompt and efficient. At all times he was honest and helped me with the entire insurance claim process. A very friendly and responsible team. Very satisfied with the excellent service provided. Now I have peace of mind and my house look great. I recommend it.

I needed some repair on my roof to fix a small leak. Cory responded very quickly with a personal message that obviously wasn't copy/pasted. He was out that same day and got the repair done. At that point he informed and showed me the hail damage I was unaware of. Cory worked with my insurance to get the best possible claim result and had the new roofinstalled quicker than I thought possible. The clean-up was so well done that I couldn't tell his crew had been there other than a fabulous looking roof. I would highly recommend Cory and his crew!

Our experience with getting our roofreplaced was excellent! Cory was very prompt and professional. They got our estimate done right away and once we scheduled the job, they did it in one day! They cleaned up everything when they were done, and you didn't even know they were there. Cory and his team have great customer service skills and take pride in making and keeping their customers happy. We would recommend them anytime to anyone!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves of course, and listen to the ideas and needs of each customer. We go on the roof and check for damages, we do a walk around of the house, checking for hail or wind damage to Windows and siding. If we are submiting the project to insurance, we immediately contact the insurance company to set up the initial inspection appointment. We work with them from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed general contractor, we have passed the state licensing exam and are diligent about learning more about the ever changing industry. Licensed contractors are required to perform 14 hours of continued education every 2 years, and we opt to exceed this requirement to stay current, informed, and able to offer the best to our customers for the last 15 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We saw an opportunity to better our families quality of life, and the chance to be a part of something together.
