- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typical pricing system is by lineal footage for kitchens, vanities bookcases, slip-ins, etc. Other custom products will be priced according to size and cost of the materials and hardware.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have initial meeting at proposed site. Work with client to develop a design for their space and needs. We discuss budget and ensure that we can use appropriate materials and design to fit their budget.
