- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that I do are virus removal, hardware additions, and computer cleaning. These jobs are all very important and are vital to keeping the computer working smooth and reliable. I also am replacing a lot of smartphone touch screens.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Keep your eye out for the people and companies charging a ton of money to do work. They are the ones trying to rip you off. If your paying over $90-$100 for a single service, your paying way too much! Make sure they have some credentials such as a degree or a certification. But with the same importance as finding someone with a degree or certification, find someone who has a Ton of experience in the field and has worked well with others. People skills are very important when tackling a computer issue. Ask for references, all true and legit service companies have references for you!
