Rick was quick to get the work done and actually lowered the price for me once he realized the scope of work was not as big as he anticipated on his proposal. Truly appreciate him having our back and getting the job done quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs some pestcontrol help.

Rick was very kind and willing to share his expertise with me when I related my issue to him. He was very considerate and provided me all necessary options to handle my issue.
I, finally, was able to very confidently ask him to take on the task and complete it.
He completed the task in an efficient manner and after he completed the task, I contacted him and he relayed a good summary of all the work that he had done and then provided me with some ideas to further improve my peace of mind.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Rick to anyone who has got an animal problem on their property.
Many, many thanks for a very nice job.
Rick's Animal Control's reply
Thank you very much Gilbert for your kind words. Snakes can be very difficult to figure out as they have the ability to penetrate structures through the smallest of openings. Sealing all points around the entire structure will prevent them from finding a new gap. Again, they come around looking for food and if they can find a nice new home close by like a garage, they are happy to move in.

Rick was very responsive and gave the house a thorough check. No harmful or destructive wildlife were detected, probably just possums. My dog is hot on their trail. Rick is very knowledgeable and gave me a good rundown on wildlife in our area and what to look for. If we have a future issue with critters, I’ll be sure to call him.

After up to 10 hours of speaking with various exterminator services from national brands to individuals, I decided to hire Rick. He disclosed his costs and his procedures at the first conversation and through texts giving very fast service. I spoke directly with him, not an appointment setter. I could tell him the status of my home and the problem and get his opinion and ideas. He assessed the squirrel situation accurately at the initial inspection and got results immediately. He gave me so much information on preventing problems in the future.
Rick's Animal Control's reply
Thank you for your kind words Mary. Working with you was a complete joy and you were very helpful in assisting me with all your information. Glad we got the last one out before it decided to make it's own hole through an interior wall, or worse...die and smell horrible. She's gone and will never bother you again now!
