Pricing is structured so I can keep growing the business while taking care of my family, while giving the customer the best price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We figure out their needs on the phone, identify if they need a design, and give a quote within 24 hrs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years experience as well as training from the product suppliers so we are familiar with our products and know best practices.
