I had a tough situation and a driveway covered with ice and compacted snow from family members driving on it before it could be cleared. Then it snowed again which made it worse. The 123 team responded quickly and did a great job digging me out and making it safe to walk on. Thanks!

I was very happy to discover 123 Properties. For over 20 years I've had drainage problems and Matt had ideas on how to fix them. He dug a dry well, and he directed my gutters underground. He laid his beautiful pavers, moving the walk four feet away from the foundation, and reconfiguring the deck, rebuilding the steps. This is an easy review for me. He was very professional, they were very quick to do the work and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them. This particular job was junk removal but I'm sure if they do all their other tasks as well as they did this one, they're an awesome company to deal with. If I ever need them again I will absolutely call them.

Matt and his team did an excellent job and very reasonable! I had to level out part of our yard for a trampoline that had a steep pitch to it. Matt and his team were professional, very clear and honest about what my options were. I highly recommend this company to anyone!
