I contacted Kane's on somewhat short notice for a window cleaning project prior to our sons HS graduation party. I received a quick response, and a quick visit for an accurate estimate. We have older double pane windows, so it was quite a job, but Kane's was up to it in every way. The windows were beautifully done, and in addition, he power washed some dirty appearing gutters, repaired a few spots where I had gutter leaks, and even blew all of the gutters out for me. I can't say enough about how friendly and professional he was. Such a rarity in today's world of service providers. We will definitely be inviting him back for further projects. Please consider him, you won't be disappointed.

I have had only positive experiences working with Joe. He came out once to pressure wash the house, and then another time to do some cleanup on the roof. He is always professional, communicates timely and is pleasant to work with. I remember being especially pleased with the work he did on the pressure wash, because nobody was at the house. Yet, he still did his best and gave the house a nice, clean look. Very appreciative of his work, his professionalism and his dedication to doing the job right.

I had Kane's Happy Homes remove my shutters. He was on time, friendly and did a good job. He also trimmed one of my lilac trees, which wasn't part of the original request. I've already scheduled another day for him to come and do more outdoor home services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always be upfront and honest with my pricing. Sometimes it’s hard to give an accurate estimate without seeing the project. For that reason I do free estimates where I’ll come out and see the project and talk with you about options and pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It really depends on the work to be done. I’m always more than happy to meet face to face with new customers before a job to introduce myself and explain what I can do for them. Sometimes this is not Needed and we just chat over the phone. Either way I make sure the customer is completely comfortable before any work is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years studying construction management, 10+ years working different trades. LEED certified, OHSA safety certification.
