I bought a home in 2010 and have been wanting to have a few things done, and I called around and got some quotes on having a deck built and new tile kitchen floor and rearrange cabinets. I hired a contractor and payed him $500 down and he showed up one time and never seen him again. So I was very nervous hiring again, But I needed the work done. I called Jordan at Top Notch and he was very relaxing and affordable. I was still nervous about something going wrong but after I seen his quality of work I knew I found someone I could call back on other jobs i need done. All in all Jordan and his crew deserve A top spot on anyone's list of contractors. I was hesitant writing this review so as to not make him to busy to take on the projects I need done but after the amazing job he did for me I felt it is only right to spread the word!!

Jordan finished a basement bedroom and living room for me earlier this year. He was prompt, finished the job as promised and did excellent work. He went above and beyond in helping me select various things for the project that would be economical without sacrificing quality. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone needing help with a home improvement project.

I hired Jordan to finish a 700 sf basement, including a bathroom with tile shower. He and his crew did an outstanding job; I am extremely pleased with the result. Jordan always took the time to carefully go over all my options, to ensure the project would optimally meet my needs in every respect. He had at times gone above and beyond the call of duty, with commitment and integrity. Jordan respected my time, never failing to return text messages or phone calls. He follows through with commitments, and expects the same from his clients. I would not hesitate to recommend Top-Knotch to any friend or relative.

I am a perfectionist and after several attempts of trying to fix our French doors that would not close, I called Jordan. You wouldn't think that it would be hard to find someone to fix French doors, but it is! No one would touch it. Finally my last resort before just burning them Jordan said he could do it. Not only did he have exceptional communication, he remounted the doors in 1 day! The doors look amazing and he kept me informed and asked for my input to ensure I was satisfied. I trust no one else. Top Knotch is the only company I will use.

I had Jordan and his crew take care of some painting and drywall on my investment property. I was over joyed with there performance they showed up ontime and left when the work was done. A 2-3 day job these guys finished in one day. I told him if we need anything else could we call them and he said of course and that they do it all so when we remodel the kitchen i found the crew im going to have do it!!
