- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are customized to each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact is made we will always schedule an estimate to come and look at the space in person and discuss in detail what the customer is looking for, along with measuring all pertinent details. For smaller jobs we give a fixed priced bid within 1-3 business days. On larger remodel projects we give a preliminary bid (again within 1-3 days) with a range of potential cost. If the customer wishes to proceed past that point we enter into a design agreement in which every finish detail is picked out by the client and we present an exact fixed cost bid based on those final selections.
