For some jobs, photos are enough to prepare an estimate, while others may require an on-site visit to ensure accuracy. We believe customers deserve quality workmanship, professional service, and pricing that is honest and clearly explained.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning exactly what the customer needs, either through photos, a quick conversation, or an on-site visit depending on the project. From there, we provide a clear scope of work and straightforward pricing. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, complete the work professionally, and make sure everything is done safely, neatly, and up to code. We try to make the process simple, honest, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work is backed by years of hands-on field experience and professional electrical training. We stay current with code requirements, safety practices, and installation standards to make sure every job is done properly. Our team brings over 20 years of electrical experience, including residential wiring, troubleshooting, remodels, service work, and new installation.
