Jen was fabulous to work with. Responded immediately. Fair and reasonable prices with quality work. Great customer service. Normally I do a lot of house painting jobs myself, but no time this time. I was in the process of selling my house and she was a lifesaver. Sold my house in 24 hours, no doubt thanks in part to her marvelous paint job! I will definitely use her in the future, and I have no qualms about recommending her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free consultations/estimates. Pricing is typically done by square footage in most situations.
At start of project, we ask for a 20% deposit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted by client, I like to discuss what the project all entails and setup a time to have a meeting on site. At the meeting, we can go over details and questions you may have about the project. I then will take measurements and get a quote ready for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years experience working as a paint manager. I have been painting as well for over 10 years for family and friends.
