Exceptional Service from Oscar and His Team!
During a heavy rainstorm, our business experienced multiple roof leaks, putting our operations at risk. Oscar and his team responded immediately, arriving quickly to mitigate the damage and perform an emergency repair to prevent further issues while we waited for our insurance to send an adjuster.
Not only did they handle the temporary repairs efficiently, but Oscar also fought tirelessly with the insurance company to ensure we received a full roof replacement. The process took several days, as the insurance initially refused to approve a complete replacement, but Oscar’s expertise and persistence made all the difference.
Once approved, his skilled roofing crew did an outstanding job replacing our roof, and his interior team restored our business flawlessly, making it look like nothing had ever happened.
