The price was extremely reasonable, especially compared to others who quoted me nearly double. He’s clearly experienced, having done this work for years, and he’s genuinely available when you need him. While everyone else I contacted was booked out more than a week, he was able to come by within two days. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since there is a vast number of furniture items that need assembly, it would difficult to set standard flat rate services. We don't want to charge by the hour either because most customers do not like this option. So, with our experience, we estimate the rate based on several factors and provide a single rate for the service
