I have so many good things to say about my experience of hiring this company! He is responsive and fast as lightning when he replied, amazing customer service, great price, trustworthy, a real gentleman and gentle soul and his work is beyond appreciated. For four weeks the tv was in my master bedroom on the bed, and I could only figure out the back plate, after asking a few people if they could do it just as a friendly favor, I found out that none were qualified and it was time to go on Thumbtack and hope the BEST person could do this job. I am so glad I chose this company, it made my entire day and week to have this tv hung on a swivel and tilt mount and if anybody needs quality repair or help with tvmounting projects, this would be my FIRST CALL in the future for other projects as well. Thank you so much!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since there is a vast number of furniture items that need assembly, it would difficult to set standard flat rate services. We don't want to charge by the hour either because most customers do not like this option. So, with our experience, we estimate the rate based on several factors and provide a single rate for the service

Get them comfortable working with us by explaining things in detail and reminding them of our experience.
