He was very sweet, personable, professional and his work spoke it. $69 for mounting a Tv, is awesome. I'm getting a bunk bed and I will have him put that together next.

Tom was wonderful! We hit a slight snag with the mount which I ordered but he helped me order a new one and will be back to install it. I ALSO had a second tv which I hadn’t initially booked to put up but he was a such a sweetheart he went ahead and put it up anyway on zero notice! Saved me a lot of hassle. Highly recommended 💛

I don't usually give reviews unless I feel like I got exceptional service. In this case, I DID in spades. Tom was the ultimate pro. He came on time, was prepared, really knew what he was doing, and explained each step he was going to take to assemble my TV flexible wall mount. The fact that he was also the cheapest was frosting on the cake, I'd hire him in a minute for any assembly job-Pat Gallagher

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since there is a vast number of furniture items that need assembly, it would difficult to set standard flat rate services. We don't want to charge by the hour either because most customers do not like this option. So, with our experience, we estimate the rate based on several factors and provide a single rate for the service
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get them comfortable working with us by explaining things in detail and reminding them of our experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
