I believe his name is Tim ( sorry if I am incorrect) but my experience was absolutely amazing! He was super responsive and worked around my busy schedule. Once he arrived to mount my TV, he explained the process and began to work. The TV was mounted relatively quickly and he ensure I was 100% satisfied with the location, height, and everything! I would HIGHLY recommend! If I need any other projects completed I will definitely reach out! Thank you so much for being amazing and being able to assist my needs.

Tom did a great job installing our three tv's. He was professional and provided his expertise with the best height to mount at. He went above and beyond and even provided us with the correct hardware when we couldn't find the existing mount hardware we'd used previously. We highly recommend him and will call him next time we need anything mounted or assembled!

Tom did an amazing job putting together my tv stand. I had another guy who didn’t show up 3 different times. Tom came in such short notice. He even put up this LED light on the back my tv too! 10/10 would recommend :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since there is a vast number of furniture items that need assembly, it would difficult to set standard flat rate services. We don't want to charge by the hour either because most customers do not like this option. So, with our experience, we estimate the rate based on several factors and provide a single rate for the service
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get them comfortable working with us by explaining things in detail and reminding them of our experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
42 years of experience in the industry!
