Tom was fantastic to work with! He charged a very reasonable flat fee and saved the day. We purchased a beautiful walnut dining room table online and it was shipped to us. After attempting to assemble it, we quickly realized we needed help! He installed the table quickly and was very professional and right on time. This company is great! I appreciate that he removed his shoes at the door and was efficient with the tasks. The bed installation took longer than expected, but that was okay; he asked if he could come back in the morning, and he did! Thank you for the TV installation and for assembling the loft bed as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since there is a vast number of furniture items that need assembly, it would difficult to set standard flat rate services. We don't want to charge by the hour either because most customers do not like this option. So, with our experience, we estimate the rate based on several factors and provide a single rate for the service
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get them comfortable working with us by explaining things in detail and reminding them of our experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
