Lynnea has helped multiple clients install new roofs after hail damage on their homes. I love that she has a long-standing relationship with several of the insurance companies and adjusters and uses her experience to guide her clients through the process. She's an invaluable resource when it comes to filling out all of the forms, handling the paperwork, and managing the process from start to finis; allowing clients to relax during what can sometimes be a very stressful time. We provide free inspections and free estimates with no obligation. Our pricing is competitive transparent, and based on the scope of work needed to complete the project correctly. We worked directly with insurance companies on storm damage claims and can help owners understand their coverage. There are no hidden fees, all pricing is proven in writing before work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a pre-inspection and consultation to understand your needs and evaluate the property. After the inspection, we provide a detailed estimate and discuss available options. If insurance is involved, we assist throughout the claims process and meet with the adjusters when needed. Once approved, we schedule the project, complete the work using experience crews, perform a final walk-through, and insured customer satisfaction before closing the job.
