- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tend to price per job. As a custom remodeler, there are a lot of factors that go in to creating a responsible bid. Labor, materials, level of expertise needed etc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet up with a customer on site so we can discuss their thoughts and ideas about the project. Trust is a very important factor in hiring a competent contractor and trust is a hard thing to earn from just sending messages and emails. A face to face meeting and a handshake can go a long way toward earning that trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
