I'm a 20 year veteran of projects large and small. From high end remodels for discerning customers to building stairs for my neighbors deck so the kids can play out back. Years of foreman experience has given me a wide range of skills that translate into professional, valuable, quality work that lasts long after the job is done. Dusty came out to isntall wood wall paneling, trim, casing and a pre-hung door. Great experience from start to finish. He was on-time, provide excellent guidance and stayed in constant communication from his first Thumbtack response to the end. I'd definitely use again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tend to price per job. As a custom remodeler, there are a lot of factors that go in to creating a responsible bid. Labor, materials, level of expertise needed etc
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet up with a customer on site so we can discuss their thoughts and ideas about the project. Trust is a very important factor in hiring a competent contractor and trust is a hard thing to earn from just sending messages and emails. A face to face meeting and a handshake can go a long way toward earning that trust.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1)I have passed the MN General Contractor's exam 2)Held every available construction certification from previous employers 3)Continuing education in the industry
