They came out, looked at what needed to be done and told me how much it would cost. They got rid of the metal tub plug, snaked the drain and then helped clear the sink drain as well.

Good work and it really helped me out.

I asked for a quote on what I thought was going to be a very expensive repair. Instead, Chris diagnosed the issue as just needing to replace the wax ring and reseat the toilet. Done in less than an hour. Quality, honest work. Highly recommend.

I had the most wonderful experience with Chris and Dependable Drain. I did not have an emergency need, but I needed a new toilet installed. The contact and follow-up from them was quick and thorough, and their prices are outstanding. I received a call the day of my appointment saying they were running behind at another job, and it would be later than originally quoted. Because my job was not an emergency, I told them that it was fine to reschedule, but he did show up the same day, after hours, and did a fantastic job. Left the area clean, took his time to do a great job and to make sure I was satisfied with the work, was very friendly and professional. I would, and will, highly recommend Dependable Drain to anyone needing plumbing needs.
