5 out of 5 highly recommend, wonderful service! I contacted Element about a job and Josh came out the same day to take a look and let me know the costs. Two hours later, I had an estimate! And his estimate was significantly lower than a few others. But that’s not the only reason why I chose to go with him. He was friendly, took time to listen to me and answer my questions, didn’t make me feel stupid, and didn’t pressure me in any way. When I accepted, he scheduled us for two days later.
The crew was on the dot on time in the morning. They were patient as I had an electrician there doing work, and worked around him. I covered the furniture in the room with attic access, and after they left I couldn’t find any trace that work was done. They even vacuumed the hallway twice. Absolutely no mess. Josh also did a quick fix for something unrelated to insulation which I really appreciated, it saved me a service call!
The crew was also really conscious with wearing a mask which I appreciated, and were super nice asking before looking in closets, closing windows, etc.
The price exactly matched the estimate, no surprises.
Reliable, nice, professional, clean. What more could you ask for? Hire them!

After (2) years of trying to figure out why our bedroom was leaking water, we decided to contact a professional. Josh at ‘Element Insulation’ responded immediately and was at our home the next day.
In less than an hour he had identified the problem, explained the theory behind the cause, determined what it will take to fix it and eliminate the issue, and generated an estimate.
As any good home owner should, we got (2) other estimates. Neither company was as professional, thorough, or available as ‘Element Insulation’. In addition, each estimate we got was over 2x more expensive and booked out several months.
In just (3) days after Josh inspected our home, in the midst of the holiday season, he was there to complete the work. I was very surprised to see that the representative that inspected our home, was also the guy doing the repairs. That says a lot; putting your diagnosis in your own hands and making the repairs yourself.
After (2) years of struggling to find a cure to our condensation, Josh had it fixed in (6) hours and way less than the competition. We HAVE NOT had a single drop of water since.
The professionalism we received from Josh was above reproach. From the quick response, honest assessment, fair pricing, cordial conduct, accurate diagnosis, considerate prep work, laying drop cloths, removing shoes, wearing masks, high quality work, clean up afterwards, to helping us file for the Xcel Energy saver rebate...we can not speak highly enough about ‘Element Insulation’.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
generally well set up a time and day to meet at the home, ill start on the out side with measurements and a base diagram, then well go inside and take a look at the attic to determine wether or not improvements can be made in the efficiency of heating/cooling the home or proper ventilation/airflow if ice dams are the issue, after the inspection we will talk about what impovement (if any) can be made, if improvements can be made you will recieve a estamate for the work the usually the same day, and if you decide to chose us well set up a time and day to proceed with the work normally taking 1 day depending on the size of the job
