Ivan was great!! He answered me right away, came over right away on the same day, and gave us a great quote. He was easy to work with and I trusted leaving him alone in my house. He painted the rooms exactly how we wanted it.

Ivan responded to my inquiry for a rental property job in Burnsville. I actually live in Duluth and he drove up here to meet me, shake my hand, and accept the job. He felt meeting in person was very important. He took the job and painted three levels which included ceilings, doors and walls. The finished job was excellent. He cleaned up afterwards too. I'd hire him again and again.

Details: Home • 8+ rooms • Walls • Ceiling • 8 - 10 feet (standard ceiling) • Repainting, with same color • Fair - minor holes and scratches • The painter • No, this is not new construction • No, I will move things out of the way myself • Owner

Ivan did a fantastic job priming and painting my garage, which was in pretty rough shape when he started. I really appreciated how much attention he gave to the prep work. He took the time to thoroughly scrape and power wash the surface to make sure there was a solid, clean base before priming and painting.

He was professional, thorough, and clearly cared about doing the job right rather than rushing through it. The finished garage looks beautiful, and I’m extremely happy with the result. I would absolutely hire Ivan again for any painting project and highly recommend him!

Details: Home • One story • Entire building • 500 - 1,000 sq ft • Wood • I will buy the paint myself • Bare wood • Peeling or flaking paint • Owner
