I had the most wonderful experience with Chris and Dependable Drain. I did not have an emergency need, but I needed a new toilet installed. The contact and follow-up from them was quick and thorough, and their prices are outstanding. I received a call the day of my appointment saying they were running behind at another job, and it would be later than originally quoted. Because my job was not an emergency, I told them that it was fine to reschedule, but he did show up the same day, after hours, and did a fantastic job. Left the area clean, took his time to do a great job and to make sure I was satisfied with the work, was very friendly and professional. I would, and will, highly recommend Dependable Drain to anyone needing plumbing needs.

Very happy that I decided to go with Dependable Drain - he saved me $$ after figuring out an issue with my garbage disposal that another company had missed. He also was able to unclog a slow draining tub without needing to go through the newly installed p trap. Would highly recommend for a fair price and work well done.
