Derek did an excellent job with replacing a damaged portion of my garage siding. Since the exact replacement was not available, he created matching siding manually. The finished work looks great. Derek was prompt and efficient in providing a quote, scheduling the work, and communicated thoroughly throughout the project.

Derek asked me to call him to set up an appointment which I did. I rearranged my schedule so I could meet him at his arranged time. When he didn’t show up I called him and he nonchalantly said he couldn’t make it and forgot to call. I found his lack of respecting other people’s time, but especially not having the courtesy to call and give a heads up a deal breaker. If this is his best foot forward before being hired…yikes. I gave him 2 stars because he did answer the phone.
