I am a professional interior designer who requested a bid from Midwest for demo/replacement of wood flooring for the entire first floor and stairs of my client’s home. Seth and his team were very responsive from initial contact, all the way through the project. His team installed a wood flooring product that I selected with my client. They were happy to help answer questions and give recommendations for installment. We worked virtually together (I am located in Nashville, TN) and I was always kept in the loop on project progress. Seth was always professional and thorough. My client also felt that Seth was great to work with and that he was very knowledgeable. He even did a custom air vent solution due to discrepancies in the height of the floor with the front door! If I have clients within Midwest’s geographic reach again, Seth will be my first call!
