Josh did a wonderful job on a difficult dishwasher installation that required a new water line and rerouting both water and outflow lines. He is very conscientious and a great communicator.

Joshs demeanor of kindness and professionalism made us trust him right away.He explained his assessment of our problem and provided an (electronic) estimate and final invoice. Even more than that, he described how he solved our plumbing problem and showed us all the areas in our home that were affected. Josh called back to schedule the same day & came out a few days later. He was right on time, very thorough in diagnosing the issue & got us taken care of quickly! Would definitely recommend Rising Tides to anyone in the area
