We called Jim at Brightside on a Saturday afternoon and without hesitation he was able to come take a look at our A/C unit within a couple hours. Jim diagnosed the problem and was quickly able to fix our AC on a Saturday evening forr a reasobable cost. Jim is very transparent and honest with his HVAC findings and I highly recommend contacting Jim if you run into any A/C problems in the future. Thank you again Brightside Heating!

Our AC stopped working on a Saturday and we were dreading calling someone out due to it being a weekend but I’m so glad we did! Jim came right out and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. He was professional, nice, and informative. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an HVAC guy to have on speed dial!
