If your designer fails to provide you the proper file, you will be paying for it when you go to use it. Embroidery also require a specific dst file. Pens, chip clips, mugs, coffee cups, banners, and waterbottles are the same way. Require your artist to provide you the proper files for optimal marketing of your business. Always make sure your company logo is provided to you in all formats.
