- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the size and condition of the vehicle. I offer affordable rates with no hidden fees. I also give discounts for first-time customers, multiple vehicles, or regular cleanings. I’m always transparent, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer what areas they want to focus on. Then, I inspect the interior and explain what I can do to improve it. I give an honest estimate, and if the customer agrees, I start the job right away or schedule it. After the work is done, I make sure they’re fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience with many types of vehicles and have spent years learning the best techniques for cleaning different surfaces like leather, fabric, vinyl, and carpets. I continuously study new products and methods to deliver the best results for my customers.
