Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Our most common types of jobs are virus and spyware removal by far. The Internet is a tool most can't live with out, but unfortunately, it is as much of a foe to the computer as it is a friend to you.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. How to fix what went wrong with my computers. Unfortunately with out the proper training and skills acquired by servicing and repairing computers for years you could just cause more problems. Something are just best left to the professionals.

A. I like the everyday challenges that Computer field it provides me with the opportunity to utilize my skills to the fullest with each and every project.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What causes a computer to slow down? My answer is that it could be many different factors that cause slow performance on a computer it could be as simple as a memory update, hard drive running out of space, viruses and spyware, file fragmentation.

A. We at IDK thrive on providing our customers with the best customer service possible and a quick turn around time to get you up and running as fast as possible. We understand that technology is a necessity in today's day and age and will do all we can to make your down time as painless as possible.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Computers and technology are a huge part of the present and an even bigger part of the future. This line of work seemed to have a pretty solid foundation to build on, lots of different avenues to learn about and great job security.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. In the computer and web design field continuing education is a must, for things are always changing and there are also different technologies coming out every day. In this field you only better your self and your service for your clients with staying on top of the game.
