About this pro
I had my basement finished in 2016. Daniels brother Trace led the process from concept/design, to budgeting, to completion. I cannot say enough good things about the project. Very customer focused to find a balance between your objective and realistic budget. High level of communication through the process on schedule, issues, etc. This was critical with allowing different groups to have access to our house. Extremely respectful of our needs and our home. Clean every night. Review of progress on a regular basis. Answered every question we had. The result exceeded our expectations without exceeding our budget. I would highly recommend Trace, Dan, and team. Wonderful guys and a wonderful company.Oct 31, 2017Verified
Daniel's brother Tracey arranged to do the work (tiling, door adjustments, toilet installation, various electric, etc.) in short order and on budget. The most agreeable experience I've had with a contractor to date!Jan 27, 2017Verified
A variety of home repairs. Daniel was extremely responsive from start to finish. Thorough and very pleasant to work with. We will use him again and would highly recommend him and his crew.Apr 13, 2016Verified
I very much enjoyed working with Dan. He was thorough and went above and beyond to work with our insurance company. Dan did make assumptions. If he had a question or needed to double check something he asked. He was very good at communicating. I would definitely recommend Dan and use him for future projects.Mar 22, 2016Verified
Dan came in an installed crown molding on our entire main level. He did an AMAZING job!!!! He was fast, clean, reasonably price and overall fantastic! I can't say enough good things. His communication was excellent and his craftsmanship was flawless. Thank you so much Dan for helping our home feel a little more cozy!Mar 11, 2016Verified
