Brandon was courteous, professional, and heads down concentrating on his duties. Got thru the a/c inspection and maintenance without any issues, and then gave me a detailed report of what he found and what I needed to do to maintain the life of my system.

I am always impressed with my regular service visits by BWS Plumbing, Heating, and AC! Brandon Phelps just completed my annual AC tune up and he was able to identify a small issue that could have led to a much bigger issue if it were not caught. The professionalism and friendly customer service is always top notch with everyone I've worked with from BWS! Highly recommend this company!
