Introduction: 7th Street Financial is a financial planning firm that caters to people of all income and wealth levels. Our goal is to make sure you receive quality financial planning services at a reasonable price. You work hard to be able to set aside money for financial goals and that money should be put to use for those purposes instead of being watered down due to fees and expenses. 7th St. Financial is a Registered Investment Advisor and we take our fiduciary responsibility to heart. What does that mean to you? That means we are bound to put your interests ahead of our own. You will not have to worry about us trying to push a product on you that will line our pockets with commissions while leaving you paying large fees. We offer a variety of services for a monthly fee instead of being based on how much you have invested. These services can be scaled based on your individual needs so you only pay for what you need. Providing a service that can truly help people with meeting their financial goals. As part of the process I want to educate the client and make sure they aren't paying for services and products they don't need.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our fees are based on your combined income and assets. If these are less than $2 million then the maximum fee is $1000 per quarter. The fee can be lower based in complexity and the minimum fee is $100 per month.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Sit down for an initial meeting where my goal is to learn about you, discuss the areas you are concerned about, and get an understanding of your financial goals. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about me and my approach so you can make sure you would be comfortable with me as your advisor. Assuming we think it is worth moving forward we would then have a second conversation where we would gather the detailed information needed for me to complete my work. I would prepare a report with recommendations specific to your needs and review this with you. Depending on the service you would sign up for there could be ongoing touch points and updates as your situation changes.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My bachelors degree is in Accounting . In 2017, I completed the certificate of financial planning certificate course from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business. I have my series 65 license which is a license for providing financial advice. I have also passed the CFP exam but am still accruing the required hours needed to use the CFP designation.
