My training background was formed through many years of martial arts and sports training. I take an enthusiastic & innovative approach towards my fitness programming, and am constantly testing my theories on myself. Kettlebell training is the best! Kurt is a great trainer. After one class I was amazed at how cool the exercises were. It is the best place to train in the West Metro. Love it!
