What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of event, design details, guest count, location, setup needs, and any rental pieces or custom items requested. Once I understand the vision, I provide a clear quote so there are no surprises.
Delivery, setup, styling, and breakdown may be included or added depending on the package and location. I’m happy to work with a range of budgets and can recommend options that create a beautiful setup while staying realistic for the event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about the event, including the date, location, occasion, guest count, style, colors, budget, and any inspiration photos. From there, I’ll help narrow down the look and recommend decor pieces, styling options, and setup details that fit the event.
Once the vision is confirmed, I provide pricing and next steps. On the event day, I handle the setup and styling so the client can enjoy their celebration without worrying about the details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on event styling, planning, sourcing, and setup. I have styled events using backdrops, arches, dessert carts, signage, draping, tablescapes, florals, candles, and decor rentals.
I also bring years of professional experience in organization, customer service, project coordination, and vendor communication, which helps me manage the details behind the scenes and make the process as smooth as possible for each client.
