Ben and Tim from TR Exteriors arrived at our neighbor's house shortly after a hailstorm went through our community in October 2023. When talking to him that he should be able to get our upgrade to LP siding to cost close to the same as if we went back to steel siding by working with his distributer. We stated that we would like to work with our local lumber yard as we live in a small community. He said he would talk to the lumber yard manager. we heard nothing back from Ben. We had also thought about going back to steel as it had treated us well in 26 years. Once again Ben stated that he the cost would be very minimal to upgrade to LP. We listened to Ben and continued with the LP. We got a bill for close to $5,000.00 for the upgrade to LP a couple of weeks ago.The crew worked nicely, but if we had questions, it was difficult to communicate with them. When they started replacing the siding, the pounding knocked over several priceless snow globes that we had purchased for my daughter during our travels, off of a shelf in her bedroom.

We had water leaking into the house. I called TR Exteriors, and they had 2 crews show up in about an hour. They did a temporary fix and came back in Spring to fix the leak permanently. I would highly recommend TR Exteriors. They were responsive, professional and did a great job. Bill Krosks
