- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first and most important part of any new relationship is a discussion of the scope of work, and to get as much information as possible to best understand the customers needs. After gaining an understanding of the work, a quote will be provided promptly to ensure the customer has an upfront understanding of pricing, prior to moving towards the scheduling process.
