There was a small group for a grandmother's 100th birthday and ages 3 to 100. All were delighted with the performance. Afterward the birthday girl told me that magicians were her favorite kind of stage performance. This is a woman that has had season tickets to the theater. I never knew, but she was totally pleased with the birthday celebration.

Having Kristoff at my husbands birthday party was such a treat! He is a fantastic entertainer and I'm still in awe of the tricks he did. Our guests couldn't stop buzzing about "our magician" after he left. Kristoff is fantastic and he will not leave anyone in the room disappointed. Book him! You will not regret it.

Our group has a holiday dinner. The core is composed of computer programmers, classmates, and friends. We usually have a great dinner, and then chat for the evening. Well educated, many retired, some professionals (e.g. attorneys), some entrepreneurs. This year we engaged the services of Kristoff the Magician. We could not have been happier with the results. Humor, confounding tricks, audience participation -- it was all there. Even days after the performance, we are still talking about it, theorizing how some things might have been done -- most right under our noses. The finale was a stunner. Enthusiastically recommended.

Kristoff the Magician performed a truly astonishing sleight-of-hand show at our private New Year's Eve event. He was incredible! The banter and card work was witty and the tricks made all the guests gasp. Super impressive up-close magic! Can't recommend highly enough, we'll be talking about his performance for years to come!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

During the quarantine, I'll provide a one hour VIRTUAL show via Zoom for just $300! Pre and post quarantine, pricing is dependent on audience size and performance duration, assuming no travel is required. For a typical parlor act (10-25 people), the fee is $500 for a 45 minute show. The kicker – if you don’t agree the performance was fabulous, I refund half the fee. For corporate walk around events, the fee varies more.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first chat on the phone to get an understanding of the type of event, audience size, age ranges, room size, and desired length of performance. If possible, I prefer to visit the location once before the show to anticipate the layout, and what will make the show the most interactive with the best visibility. Pricing is based on duration and audience size.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am currently a full magician member of the Academy of Magical Arts out of the Magic Castle in Hollywood CA. As to my original training, I worked my way through college and law school performing close up magic in restaurants and bars – 30 years ago. After my law practice was well established, I returned to doing magic (very part time), for my own entertainment and it still helps as cross training for trial work.
