Matt was an incredible asset for my wife and I as first-time home buyers. Ours was a more complicated search, as we transitioned back to the US after living in Asia. For more than a year, Matt patiently and cheerfully guided us and supported us in our search. We know we weren't the easiest clients, with some particular characteristics we were looking for in a home, and Matt never wavered in his commitment to finding us the home we envisioned. He was always prompt in answering our questions, and if he didn't know the answer, he would point us in the right direction. He's thoughtful, down the personal touches of bringing a little "sold" sign for our photos with our new home. He even shared some of the amazing vegetables from his garden with us. I'm happy to say that we are in a wonderful house now thanks to Matt, and we feel lucky to call him a friend. For any future realtor needs we have, no one else will do but Matt!

Matt made finding our first home a breeze! He was very knowledgeable about the houses that we went to look at and was not afraid to tell us the ups and downs about each home. He was also very open to make house searching on our terms and was able to work around our schedules. We looked at 10+ homes in one day and even by the end of the day we thought our search for the perfect home was continuing until Matt found one that he refused to take no for an answer from the other realtor and was bound and determined to get us into that house to check it out that night, and he did. Days later the home owners accepted our offer. Thank you Matt for getting Brandon and myself into the perfect first home and being so easy and reliable to work with.

Matt does a fanatastic job in this profession. He truly cares about going about things in the right way, and works tirelessly for you. After finding out we would be transferred about 2 hours from our current residence, Matt immediately started going to work for us. In a 4 week span we changed our search criteria multiple times, and looked at over 30 homes across the greater Minneapolis area. We spent every weekend with Matt to the point where it became more like meeting up with a friend to look through houses, than a realtor.

From the start it felt like Matt was on my side. He really listened to what I wanted in a house and he graciously communicated with my family here and abroad throughout the entire process. He showed me A LOT of homes, which trained my eye and I really appreciate. It made it easy to identify what felt like home to me.
