Tom did a shower remodel. Tom's workmanship is top notch. He delivers exactly what he promises. He was on time every day and the project completed on time. Good, honest contractors are difficult to find. Strong work ethic. Tom did his own clean up. We did not have to clean up after him. We will call him again for any needs we may have in the future. We miss his whistling.

I cannot say enough good things about Tom and Jackson Construction. He recently remodeled my downstairs bathroom, turning my dorm like bathroom into my dream bathroom. Tom is such a straight shooter, so upfront and honest, it's refreshing. He's also very pragmatic, for example when we discovered that the bulbs I bought for the light fixture were too bright, he simply offered to install a dimmer switch. That is one small example of how he smoothly deals with hiccups along the way, it's so seamless and effortless with him. When the time comes to redo the upstairs bathroom, I know who I'm calling! Tom - we're going to miss you around the house, thank you for taking such good care of us. It was a joy having you around and hearing you whistle while you work :)

My wifes parents recently purchased as townhouse that had a master bathroom with a tiny shower stall and a jacuzzi tub that was unusable. They tasked me with finding a quality bathroom remodeler that could give them a more usable bathroom. Tom removed the ugly old shower and jacuzzi and built a gorgeous custom shower that looks like something youd see on one of those HGTV renovation shows. Tom dedicated himself 100% to their project until it was completed. Excellent quality and workmanship. We couldnt be happier with the result.

We had our master bathroom completely remodeled by Jackson Construction and it was the best experience we ever had! Havent had a better result in a new build or all the remodels we have done in the homes we have owned across the country! Toms love of his work, his skill, is true craftsmanship. The time and attention he gave to laying each piece of tile in our shower is art! It has been two months and I am still finding new details I didnt notice before.The custom work is like no other, his design ideas are right on! What is special about working with Tom is the honesty, the caring, you arent going to get that with the annoying sales people out there! You get Tom from beginning to end, the work is excellent, there is no B.S.! Worth every dollar! He even came back and worked on our guest bathroom! Call him, you will not regret it!

Jackson Construction Offers Free Estimates to all customer that invite us to look at the project on-site, we do not offer phone call ballpark figures.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A brief phone call to discuss scope of the project to ensure the desired services are in-line with services offered. Then an on-site visit to determine project details so an accurate quote can be offered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 35 years experience in all aspects of residential remodeling. Master carpenter.
