- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide you with a drawing of your space along with a detailed project estimate. Once we give you a price we do not change that price, unless you request changes from your original drawing. You don't have to worry about getting hit with a bill that you did not agree on before we started the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get a call from a new customer we will answer any questions they have over the phone and schedule a time to come out and get measurements along with getting details about your wants. We will give a detailed project estimate, that you will approve prior to us starting. Once you accept the project estimate we will then start to work on getting your cabinets ready. We will communicate with our customers throughout the process. When we finish we always clean up after ourselves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have years of experience or have gone to school for cabinetry. Both owners are very involved in every project. Your first meeting is with one of the owners (not a sales person working on commission) and all the staining/painting is done by the other owner. One of our owners will always inspect your project before it is completed.
